Subject: New! Cheesy Tex Mex Beef Rice Casserole & Recipes For French Food Lovers

Hello Instant Pot family!

Looks like lockdown is back for some countries again. One of which is France. If we can't go to France, let us bring France to our kitchens. French food is more than just cheese, baguettes, and wine. It has created a culinary legacy on the foundation of tradition.

Have you seen the movie The Hundred-Foot Journey? So good! The movie really celebrates the passion and art of French cooking along with the restraints of tradition. It even touches on the 5 Mother Sauces. Do you know what they are?

Most French recipes take an extended amount of time to prepare and slowly cook. We’ve collected some quality recipes that you can make at home at a fraction of the time and with non-faux pas in your Instant Pot.

If French cuisine sounds too fancy, we also have a delicious new recipe on the blog from the cuisine closer to home - Tex Mex Beef Rice Casserole - that will definitely be a crowd-pleaser.

Stay safe everyone!

Chicken Bone Broth In 3 Hours

I made this today, and wow! So incredibly happy with the gelatinous consistency. I used frozen bones from all the chicken I de-bone, mostly thighs and it came out perfect. I haven’t been able to get gelatin lately over the stove. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Moroccan Lamb Stew With Potatoes

I make this once every two weeks and my family loves it. I try to use lamb but when it’s too expensive I substitute beef and it is just as good. Did I mention how easy it is? Thank you for this little gem.

Easy Creamy Pesto Penne Pasta

This was super quick and easy and a great way to use up any leftover bits and pieces. We also made with tomato pesto instead of basil one time and it was just as delicious. A versatile recipe you can adapt to ingredients you have on hand. Thanks!

Kid-Friendly Chicken & Sweet Potato

Great stew! I did make a slight change by adding a little extra salt, some pepper & pumpkin spice at the end, to taste. The pumpkin spice really made all the difference! (a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, allspice & nutmeg) Just like autumn in a bowl!
