Hey Instant Pot team,

It's Thanksgiving week in the United States so we have another new recipe for those of you cooking up a feast or going to a gathering and needing to bring a dish. But, this is one of those recipes that is great any time of the year.

It's brown rice, cranberry, and sweet potato salad with the most delicious balsamic and orange dressing! It's great as a side dish or a vegetarian and vegan-friendly main. It's hearty, delicious, and easy to make.

We'll be taking a break from Thursday but will send you one more new recipe for a delicious leftover turkey meal Wednesday.
