Hey, Instant Pot family!


Have you been on the quarantine sour dough baking kick that's been trending lately? Seems like everyone has been caring for their little sourdough starter and trying to use it as much as they can. Eventually, that's a lot of bread. Do you find yourself stuck with stale sourdough bread and wondering how to use it up? Make yourself some homemade croutons! If you make a lot of soups and stews (and we Instant Pot users do!), these croutons make for a great addition to any slurpy, soupy meal and more!


Need a stew idea? We have a new one this week! It's hearty, deliciously spiced, and a little smokey. You can serve this vegan-friendly Instant Pot lentil stew with rice, potatoes, or with our new crouton recipe.


May 28th is National Brisket Day, so we included a not so ordinary way to make your brisket tacos and make them more interesting. May is also Mediterranean Diet Month so we pulled some ideas from our archives to get your summer started.
