This week's dish is a crossover between brussels sprouts au gratin and a creamy veggie bake. It's a great side dish with any meaty main or serve with some roast potatoes and quinoa for a vegetarian dinner.
There are two simple stages to making this recipe. The first is to pressure cook in a creamy broth using the Instant Pot. The second stage is to bake with grated cheese on top. Both stages are quick and easy, leaving your stove top free for other recipes.
