Hey Instant Pot family,

The season for enjoying winter squash and all things pumpkin is in full swing and we couldn't be happier about it. 

Pumpkin and squashes are perfect for cooking in the Instant Pot as they require a longer time than say green, more watery vegetables and therefore work well in many pressure-cooked dishes. 

We shared a couple of ideas in our last Friday newsletter but feel like this starchy fall vegetable group deserves its own mention. So, we've put together some of our favorite recipes for this week's edition.
