Subject: Instant Pot French Onion Chicken (Under 30 Minutes!)

Hey Instant Pot team,

Onion soups have been popular at least since Roman times. The abundance of onions and the ease to cultivate them made them ideal for the masses. The French took it to the next level fit for a King with dry bread, beef broth, caramelized onions, and champagne.

Today, we are taking it to a whole other level with our latest Instant Pot recipe with melt-in-your-mouth shredded chicken and creamy mushroom sauce. It's a big twist on a classic that you will love to try out over pasta noodles, rice, mashed potatoes, or as a stew with crusty bread.

Have a great week,
IPE Team
