Hey Instant Pot team,

The 4th of July is just around the corner so we thought we'd share a few recipe ideas for celebrations. We hoped you got our previous newsletter with the latest recipe for creamed corn as well as the most delicious air fryer stuffed mushrooms. 

Today, we've got another perfect sharing dish: Instant Pot cooked Cowboy Beans (also known as chuckwagon beans or calico beans, depending on the variation). These are a great addition to a barbecue/cookout table and a popular potluck dish. We hope you try them out! 

PSA: We'll be scaling back our content production and sending newsletters only on Tuesdays during the month of July so our team can enjoy a little break. We'll be back to full swing in mid-August as we get closer to fall.
