Summer is officially here, but don't put away your pressure cooker just yet. There are plenty of light, quick, summer friendly recipes to make in your Instant Pot. In fact, when days are too hot to stand over a stove or to get the oven going, the Instant Pot will get the job done without the sweat, and you can enjoy a cold drink on the garden.
