Hey, Instant Pot family!
Are you ready for Taco Tuesday?! If you need some ideas we have some fun and creative ideas. We love the fusion of cultures and traditions, like mixing Korean bulgogi bbq, Vietnamese brisket, or Hawaiian pineapples with the heat of jalapeños.
If Tuesday has already passed then no worries, tacos have never been so easy to have any time of the week when you use an Instant Pot. You just need to decide between the crunch of a hard shell or the soft pillowy tortilla shell.
If you have lots of soft tortillas left from taco night then you can make some enchiladas. The chicken in our recipe is succulent and full of flavor and all it needs is a little cheese and beans inside the rolled tortillas before you pop them into the oven. Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes, avocado, onions, and cilantro. A colorful fiesta ready to eat.
