Hey, Instant Pot family!

May is National Barbecue Month but looks like most of us will be having our barbeque with our immediate family at home. This may call for some creativity. So we have a new recipe you can test out. It's firecracker Instant Pot pulled pork! It’s a mix of smoked and BBQ pulled pork with a little heat, hence the name firecracker.

Do you believe leftovers taste even better the second time around? Especially when all those seasonings get really soaked in. We sure do, so we collected some recipes that showcase how versatile pulled pork can be, from tacos to egg rolls. You can serve with some in-season produce this month, like green beans.
