Subject: Easy Mississippi Chicken In The Instant Pot

Hey Instant Pot team,

Great things come from creative thinking and improvising. It was an on-the-spot variation of a roast recipe with a mission for a “milder” flavor, that made the famed Missippi Roast. Italian seasoning was swapped out for the ranch.

Our latest dish improvises it a step further while still showcasing the rich Mississippi roast gravy. We paired it with white poultry meat instead of traditional chuck beef. The sauce is made with a combination of au just gravy mix, ranch dressing seasoning, lots of butter, and pepperoncini peppers creating lots of savory, umami flavors.

Don't miss out on the how-to-video posted to see how easy and quick you can get this dinner on the table.

Until Friday,
IPE Team

PS. In case you missed it, we shared our latest Instant Pot Meal Plan #12 in our Friday newsletter and this time it was all about the Mediterranean diet.
