Hey, Instant Pot family! For all of us, this Easter weekend is going to be quite different. Most of us will be spending this weekend at home. You won't need to cook for a big crowd or travel anywhere, which gives you the time to make something special or different for the ones around you. After all, this time of the year is about spending time with your family and loved ones and enjoying a few seasonal treats. Perhaps, you will use your Instant Pot to make a small batch of hard-boiled eggs to paint with kids; or, take advantage of pressure cooking to make succulent lamb roast for the family or a simple Italian-inspired fish dish for two or one.
