Hey Instant Pot family,

You have most likely got your Christmas menu already sorted so today's newsletter is all about casseroles, including our brand new recipe for a creamy, cheesy, filling tuna noodle casserole. 

Casseroles are fantastic for using up leftovers, feeding a crowd and the Instant Pot is a great tool for making them. It can be a chicken and rice or ground beef and pasta or perhaps a vegetarian lentil and vegetable number. You can do an oven finish or simply top it with some cheese or buttery crumbs.
