Subject: Did you miss this? One-Pot Chicken Souvlaki Rice + What To Cook In September In Your Instant Pot

Hello, Instant Pot family!

It's September! Is it getting cooler where you live? Get cozy next to a bonfire and watch an outdoor movie. There's a few new ones released this week on streaming.

Every month of the year brings with it a new offering of nutrient-dense veggies and fruits. You can’t beat seasonal produce. So we gathered what's in season for September. Looking forward to cooking up all the flavors of autumn with cinnamon apples, pumpkin chili, and sweet potatoes.

Have you ever been to Greece? Santorini has the most beautiful sunset views from the white cliffs. Maybe next year when travel returns to normal. Until then, let's bring Greece to your kitchen with a dish called Souvlaki. It is a well-seasoned marinated meat served as a souvlaki pita wrap or on a platter with a side of cooling tzatziki sauce, rice or potatoes, and salad.

Check out what your fellow Instant Pot Lovers are making in their kitchens. A lot of deliciousness is happening!

Instant Pot Spinach Rice (Palak Pulao)

"This was really good. I used jasmine rice. The store was out of basmati. This was the 1st time I’ve made rice in the instant pot. It turned out perfect!"

Quinoa Corn & Crispy Bacon Salad (With Instant Pot)

"So happy that I found this recipe! Really quick & easy. Really fresh & DELICIOUS! Really filling & satisfying. Followed the recipe exactly, using Dijon mustard, as suggested because that is what I had on hand and was so happy with the results! This is one that I would make again and again!"

Moroccan Chickpea Stew With Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

"I’ve made this a couple of times now and it is certainly very tasty and popular with those sharing it with me. The second time it was quite peppery and I am wondering whether I should make sure I’m using sweet paprika rather than the ‘hot ‘ sort. Still very nice though!"
