Hey Instant Pot friends! We’re in the middle of November, which means it’s time for more hearty soups and stews; and, it’s a Thanksgiving week over in the U.S. with lots of food and family love.
One of our favourite dishes to share with friends and family is our Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana. It’s a hybrid version between the traditional Italian soup and the popular Olive Garden recipe (that’s a popular U.S. restaurant chain for those outside the States). It’s hearty, nutritious and full of flavor and has been an absolute winner with our dinner guests.
