Hello, Instant Pot Friends!


As everyone is stocking up on foods and ingredients for their pantries and the freezer, we thought we can focus this week's newsletter on recipes using common long-shelf ingredients. We're talking rice, pasta, quinoa, beans and lentils, canned tomatoes, canned fish, sauces, coconut milk, frozen meat, veggies, and seafood and so on.


We also have a new recipe for Indian Spinach Rice, which you could make on the 26th of March since it's National Spinach Day. It's a great side dish and super nutritious. You can make it with Indian spices or use the recipe as a template to create your own variation (e.g. Mexican spinach rice, Italian spinach rice).
