Subject: Did you miss this? Eggnog Caramel Cheesecake, Brunswick Stew & More

Hello, Instant Pot family!

Have you ever thought about how a movie can play a role in our memories of food? The film from which most of our first spaghetti memories were formed was by watching Lady and the Tramp. You can never share a plate of pasta without that memory. Although why share? Enjoy your own plate on Oct 25, for World Pasta Day. If you need inspiration check out our Instant Pot pasta recipes here.

We have a great new recipe for using up leftover meat, vegetables, and other pantry items. This stew is a Southern dish cooked in a tomato base. The stew is usually finished with barbecue sauce and has a touch of cayenne pepper to give it a rich flavor and sweetness. It's a delicious way to reinvent your leftovers.

The holiday season is fast approaching. Whether or not you stick to the classics or like to try recipes with a twist, we have a dessert with a true holiday spirit. Make this fabulous Instant Pot eggnog cheesecake with gingersnap crust and caramel drizzle. Spiked with a little rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Great for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Top off this pressure-cooked decadent cheesecake with a little whipped cream or ice cream.

Stay safe everyone!
