Our latest recipe for potato and leek soup is super quick and easy. You can do the sauteing of the leeks in butter, pressure cooking of the soup, and puree at the end all in one pot.

It features Parmesan stirred in at the end with sauteed green parts of the leeks on top to add a little color, texture, and flavor. Everything comes together for a delicious and nutritious soup.
