Hey, Instant Pot family! Wednesday is National Hummus Day! This pretty delicious dip, made of chickpea/garbanzo beans, is such a great healthy snack or crowd-pleaser appetizer. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, meat-free and drama-free. It goes with everything. You can eat it with carrots, pita bread, chicken, or crackers. Since we have some time and limiting our grocery runs, why not try making hummus from scratch at home? Add some tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic or maybe some chili pepper for a little kick. We have a Quick & Easy Creamy Pasta made with pesto. There's an easy to follow video too.
