Wow, it feels like only yesterday, but it’s been just over one year since we started the Instant Pot Eats website to share our recipes and inspiration with the Instant Pot community.
To celebrate our first official anniversary, we wanted to put together a list of the most popular recipes on our site from the past year. We’ve chosen a variety of recipes that get the most visits, social shares and positive feedback from our audience. If you haven’t browsed through the whole site before, this is a great way to discover some new dishes to try this holiday season and in the next year.
We are also sharing a delicious guest recipe for BBQ beef short ribs from one of our favourite Instant Pot cookbooks, which have also reviewed on the blog this week.
Finally, want say THANK YOU to all of our readers and subscribers, and anyone who has cooked any of our recipes over the past year.
