Wow! I can’t believe we’re only 6 weeks away from this epic event! If you haven’t heard, we are SOLD OUT. There will be 500+ entries, 300+ unique drivers, thousands of viewers on MOD Media, and hundreds (maybe thousands) of spectators will be cycling though the event.
I apologize that this is a mass email to all sponsors, as some of this may not apply to you. But please read through this so we can make sure to cover everything. Of course, you’re welcome to reply back and we can talk individually.
Here are some key points and deadlines. I attached the original Sponsorship Packet at the bottom of the email in case you need a reminder of what’s included in your tier. Also, here’re the shipping instructions to send me anything:
*if you need any graphic arts (for logos) or video production assistance, you may contact our outside vendor, Mike Garrison. He may be able to help depending on his capacity and your needs: provetheimpossible@gmail.com
-Logos due by 9/10: If your logo is included in any kind of printed production (shirts, podium banner, track logo), please send it to me in Vector format. No other format can be printed.
-Event banners received at HQ by 10/1: Please make sure I receive the banners you want to display at the event by this time.
-Video Media due by 10/1: If your tier includes any commercials to be aired, please email me the file or file link. MP4 is preferred. $1000-$2000 Sponsorship Tiers can air a 15-30 second video, $4000 tier can air up to 1 minute.
-Vendor Spaces (Tents): You may bring EZ-ups, but they can’t exceed your 10’X10’ space. Tables are NOT necessarily provided, so plan to bring your own. I am TRYING to get tables though and will let you know if I am successful. 2 chairs will be provided per Vendor Space, but advise if you need more. Power will be available, but bring extension cords and power strips in case.
-Swag Bag Items Received at HQ BY 10/6: (If we negotiated for you to put items into the Swag Bags) If you’re planning to give one item per driver, plan on sending about 325. If you want to get one item in each bag, plan on sending about 535.
There's a lot to think about, so please feel free to reach out if you need anything. We will start setting up the venue on 10/15, with 10/16 as a setup/practice day, and qualifying/racing on 10/17-10/19.
