Thank YOU for supporting our flagship event. These couple months are going to FLY, so I wanted to send out some FAQ info. This is a one-size-fits-all email to all Sponsors, so please disregard anything that doesn’t apply. Please read everything (=
Deadline to receive Swag Bag items (which will be disbursed to racers) at Team Associated, so we can build the bags: 8/3. If you want to give one item per Racer, send x400. If you want to give one item per bag, send x820.
Deadline to receive banners at Team Associated (to display at the venue), so we can transport them to the event: 8/15.
Vendor Area Load-in: 9/2 @ 11AM – 5PM
Vendor Area Load-out: 9/6 @ 7PM (must be packed up and out)
No selling merch unless you have an authorized Vendor Area
Autographs will only be allowed at scheduled times
One 8’ table and 2 chairs are provided per Vendor Area. EZ-ups/flags/decorative assets are allowed but must fit in a 10' x 10' space.
If you are Media or have a Vendor Area, please send me a names list of all people attending. I need to provide the venue a comprehensive list of each.
If you plan to ship equipment or assets to the Venue ahead of time, follow these EXACT instructions. The venue will bring the items to your Area upon arrival, upon request when you arrive.
