Hello,

Please take the time to read this entire email, and the 3 attachments at the bottom. You will find venue policies, and our waiver of responsibility. Please complete the waiver; it is mandatory to enter the venue, and adhere to the venue's policies. We did NOT make them, so please don't ask for exceptions:

Bag Policy will be enforced for anyone that is NOT racing or a vendor. We know that racers will have bigger bags with them, those are the exception to the bag policy.

There will be a concession stand open on the floor level- near Gate B & Press room. It will open 1 hour after doors and close one hour prior to the EOD for the weekend.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE will be permitted inside. (This does not include what sponsors give away inside). Water Bottles (small, retail type) are allowed in.  The person may have 1 when entering. Cases or multiple are NOT permitted. No metal or thermos type water bottles are permitted. No bottles of soda, tea, juice etc are permitted. A cup of coffee from Starbucks or other coffee houses are permitted.

If someone goes into the casino for lunch/dinner at the food court they will NOT be permitted to bring food/drink back with them, apart from the water and coffee like mentioned above.
