Subject: Wholesale Price Adjustment, Effective January 5, 2027

Dear Valued Wholesale Partner:

Effective January 5, 2027, your effective wholesale pricing will increase by approximately 2%. This adjustment will apply to all new orders placed on or after January 5, 2027.

Example, if an item previously cost $100, it will become $102 after the increase.

We have continued to absorb higher costs related to tariffs, production, materials, transportation, and currency exchange. This modest adjustment will help offset a portion of these increases while allowing us to maintain our current published retail prices and the product quality, service, and support you expect from Associated Electrics.

Your updated, account-specific discount schedule will be provided on or before the effective date.
