The most thoroughly engineered and purpose-built 1:12 scale car ever developed by Team Associated, the RC12L won the IFMAR World Championship in its first year of competition.Designed for the most serious of 1:12 scale road racers, the RC12L features several notable departures from our World and Nation Champion RC12L.
The RC12L is the most technically advanced and balanced 1:12 scar we have ever raced. An all-new ball joint T-bar/rear pod design centers the motor weight and provides precise tweak adjustment. Saddle-pack NiCd/NiMH mounting is also used to shift the weight distribution for better turn-in under power.

On-Road FT Parts (#1530, #1531, #1533, #1534)

Factory Team proudly introduces new tools for on-road use! The stepped ride height gauge (#1530) allows for easy ride height adjustment readings in 0.2mm increments starting from 3mm and ending at 7mm. The 10mm droop gauge support blocks (#1531) are machined to tight tolerances to allow for very precise and repeatable droop measurements. Balancing your car can be made easy with the new chassis balancing tool (#1533). Simply rest your vehicle on the balancing tool using the two holes in the chassis (one on the front, one on the rear). Tracing out the fender well on your body can be done using the on-road wheel arch cutout tool (#1534). This item allows you to trace out the fender well and ensure it is centered with the tire.

Team Associated Wins Five Classes at the 2025 Team Associated Off-Road Championships
|

Location: Trackside Hobbies & Raceway - Brookfield, WI
Team Associated and Reedy driver Aydin Horne is on a hot streak! This is the second race in a row that he’s swept and lead Team Associated to five wins at the annual event hosted by Trackside Hobbies & Raceway in Brookfield, WI. Just missing out on sweeping qualifying too, Horne won A1 and A2 in both Modified 2wd and 4wd Buggy driving his B7D and B84D.
Fan favorite and long time Team Associated and Reedy driver Scotty Ernst built his brand new T7 the week of the event and laid it down! The Wisconsin native took a popular TQ and even more popular win in the 13.5 Stadium Truck category.
Also taking wins driving Team Associated vehicles was Tyler O’Brien in 13.5 Short Course with his brand new SC7 and Maddie Stuart with her B7 in the Novice class.
