Here is some information for Vendor load-in/out and setup day:

Vendor Area Load-in: 9/3 @ 10AM – 5PM

Vendor Area Load-out: 9/6 @ 7PM (must be packed up and out)

No selling merch unless you have an authorized Vendor Area

If you have a commercial for MOD Media to run during their stream, email it to modlivemedia@gmail.com

One 8’ table and 2 chairs are provided per Vendor Area. Contrary to a prior email, EZ-UPS are NOT allowed in your vendor area, but flags and banners are.

You will park in the main lot and unload in front of Gate B, and enter through Gate B (lower left corner).

Your Vendor Area will be setup in the hallway that says "Gate B Vom" in the image. Your table(s) will be labeled.
