Chris Jarosz takes 2WD and 4WD at Winter Takes All

Oct. 30, 2014 - Last weekend, Traction Hobbies of Reno, NV hosted the second annual Winter Takes All race. Three rounds of qualifying were run on Saturday, rocket-round style, with Triple-A mains run on Sunday with eight drivers qualifying directly to the main and two bumping from lower mains. Drivers flocked from all over the northern California/Nevada area to see who would take the overall win along with the cash purse put up by Traction Hobbies owner Justin Clark. Team Driver Chris Jarosz was on hand to support Team Associated and Reedy customers as well as compete in the Modified 2WD and 4WD classes.

Oct. 29, 2014 - Now celebrating its 10th year, the International Indoor Championships (IIC) remains one of the most prestigious events in RC racing. Over 400 entries, including top racers around the world, attended the 2014 edition at the Riviera Hotel and Casino on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Competition was intense in all classes but the relaxed nature of the event and the sights and sounds of Vegas meant that most experienced a good time regardless of their race results.

Oct. 29, 2014 - The 2014 Reedy Truck Race of Champions once again returned to Hot Rod Hobbies for another great year of stadium truck and short course truck racing. This year was a two-day event with three qualifiers and triple A mains.

Patrick Hofer - 2014 Swiss 2WD and 4WD Offroad Champion

Oct. 21, 2014 - Patrick Hofer lead it all the year and is Swiss Champion in electric 2WD and 4WD Modified Buggy with his Reedy-powered Team Associated RC10B5 Team Kit and Factory Team B44.3 models. Patrick won all the races in this season with one race not counted, and collected his 11th Swiss Championship title in a row! Congratulations, Patrick!

Oct. 13, 2014 - Thank you, racers! The pre-entries for the 21st running of the Reedy Race were overwhelming. With 560 entries from 301 racers plus 33 Invitational drivers, the interest in the event has never been higher. It is truly unfortunate that we are not able to accommodate everyone who wants to participate, but in order to provide a quality event with a reasonable timetable entries must be limited. The random lottery drawing has been completed and is published here:
