Subject: Clarifications on Previous Rules and Waiver Email

ATTENTION

The email below was sent to everyone earlier today. Please make note of these updates:

-Laptops and tablets ARE permitted in the Arena. I explained that we're big nerds who require electronics to setup our toy cars... They laughed and said "okay."

-The waiver refers to the "2025" event in one section. That was a typo. This waiver is intended for the 2026 event, as stated in the title and subheading.

Hello Event Attendees!

We're just a few short weeks away from arguably the best RC event... ever! We guess that's a matter of opinion, but we feel pretty confident (=

A big event with a lot of attendees means extra care must be given to ensure safety and event efficiency. Please read this email thoroughly and complete the AE Waiver at the end of the email. Completing the Waiver is mandatory for event entry.

In addition:

-Any disrespect to Arena Staff or AE Staff/Volunteers will be grounds for immediate removal from the Venue and Race, without refund

-Please notify us of any disability accommodations requests ASAP

-All event t-shirts run small and will be sized-up from your request at entry. We cannot guarantee availability of all requested shirt sizes

Please familiarize yourself with the prohibited items below. The venue is strict on all of it! You may bring in ONE "normal" size bottle of water (16.9 oz), but that's essentially the only exception. If you're authorized Media, please reply to this email direct, so I can add you to the Media List, which will allow you to enter with media equipment. You are permitted to bring flags and banners of reasonable sizes. The venue WILL search your pit bags, but they are familiar with and generally allow tools of the trade.

If you have any questions, please reply to this email.
