Subject: AE Vintage Race Sponsorship Updates

Hey everyone! This is another long one, but please read through the whole thing:

 

-If you want us to display your banners at the event, please mail them to HQ ASAP. When I asked for logos, those were to design the podium banner, and using for digital marketing. We are not creating individual banners for you to display at the event. We are delighted to hang your banners at the event, but you need to create and send them to me. I need to have them at HQ a week prior to the event. We will not be returning banners ourselves, but if you take them down yourself after the event, the venue will make packages available for pickup if you pre-pay and schedule them with the shipper.

-If you have a Vendor Display included in your package, you can setup on Wednesday 10/15 at 1:00-6:00PM. It seems likely that we will be able to provide an 8’ table for each display, but I will confirm soon. Also, the Arena’s official rule about using 6-ways/power adaptors is that they’re prohibited, but whether or not they’re going to enforce it is the question.

 

-If you’re sending items to put in the Swag Bags, please send them HQ ASAP. They need to be received no later than 10/6.

 

-If your Sponsorship Package includes an Interview Opportunity on a Livestream, please contact me direct if you’re interested in doing it, so we can schedule it!
