Thurs, 9/3: NO TRACK ACTIVITIES Vendor Load-in: 10AM - 5PM Driver check-in and pit setup (optional): 1PM - 5PM
Friday, 9/4 Doors open: 7:30A Practice begins: 7:45A Expected finish: 5:30P
Saturday, 9/5 Doors open: 7:30A Qualifying begins: 7:45A Expected finish: 5:30P Banquet (purchase tickets here): 7P-10P
Sunday, 9/6 Doors open: 7:30A Racing begins: 7:45A Expected finish: 2:30P Vendor load-out: 7:00P (must be packed up and out)
All current entries are heats are visible on LiveRC. Please make sure your information is correct. If you are in the wrong class, reply to this email with your correction. You'll have a VERY short window to make changes, because we need to move onto the waitlist. The heats are listed in sequence, so if you're in an early race, have your battery charged and be ready to go!
You will check-in at the Team Associated tent at the Vintage Race (same building). If you cannot make it on 9/3, that's fine. Please just check in as soon as possible on 9/4. There will be sufficient pit spots for everyone, first come first served. If your Team was offered assigned pitting by virtue of Sponsorship, we will contact you to reserve your section once the event map is completed. I am missing a few Driver emails, so please share this with all your friends who are attending. |
