Peter Williams is a Business Consultant at the University of Georgia's Small Business Development Center in Macon Georgia and an adjunct professor of finance at Mercer University, as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Prior to joining UGA, Mr. Williams owned and operated a corporate finance consulting firm advising businesses on mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and other strategic financial issues. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer with a venture capital-backed Internet startup, a principal with a private equity investment firm, and an investment analyst and manager.
