J.J. is an avid microphone collector and we spoke at length about his collection, his studio, and his techniques, as well as his unique opportunity to briefly play keyboards with The Who.
On the intro I'll talk about Apple Music reaching 30 million paid subscribers and what that means for the music business, and a new breakthrough in computer processing where light is stored as sound on a chip (I know, it's hard to wrap your head around that).
