Our brand new 4,000+ m2 facility encompasses development labs and GMP suites to accommodate the manufacturing of therapies. NecstGen’s dedicated Viral Vector suites offer segregated inoculum, upstream and downstream processing capability to maximise batch throughput. Our multi-use Grade B and C Cleanrooms are available for manufacturing of therapies including Cell Therapies, Cell-Based Immune Oncology and Gene Therapies up to 200L scale. Support rooms are connected to the grade B labs to assist the operators. Furthermore, our facility holds laboratories for QC, and office space.

NecstGen is located on the Leiden Bio Science Park in the Netherlands, one of the largest life science parks in Europe. This ecosystem is the ideal location for growing Cell and Gene Therapy companies. Moreover, various strategic partners are located within walking distance. Due to its international character, English working language and proximity to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Amsterdam, Leiden is an attractive location.
