Yesterday my head was a shed, there was all kind of crap in there.
I woke up yesterday, tired, agitated and all over the place...
I describe days like this as my heads a shed, there's all kinda crap in there.
Like your sheds in the garden, I bet there's stuff all over?
No matter what I did yesterday I could not focus. About 3.30pm I thought I have had enough, I needed to do something I went for a run.
It started off horrible, but after about 500m it started to flow and I felt relaxed. Let me tell you the end wasn't pretty as I limped home, do you ever see people running and think 'Are they near home?'
I got home had a shower, today I have woken up a new man I'm focused and ready!
What's the moral of this?
Sometimes you have to get out of your own head and away from everything - your mind will thank you for it!
