I’ve got insider information.

This was what happened a lot. People went in there, they had backed a horse then said something along those lines knowing that people would follow it and back that horse.

It’s price dropped. The original poster traded out.

The others didn't.

It made me angry. I could see what was happening.

But it wasn’t just that, I had just started out trading and went there to speak with people who also liked trading.

All I got was abuse. People peacocking and trying to pull each other down.

It was a cesspit.

There had to be a better way. So I created a group on Facebook called Betfair Trading Community.

I had some rules in this community.

The main one being that no question is a daft one. This ethos flowed through and still does to this day, I will share our values in another upcoming email ;)

BUT people started joining. Literally hundreds of people joined that group and it turns out a lot of them were like me. They wanted to talk trading and get help and get better.

We now are coming upto 10 years since I started that facebook group.

It’s totally unrecognisable whats happened.

We’ve:

• Built football stats software

• Built tennis stats software

• Built our own forum

• Built horse racing backtesting software

• Helped more people become profitable than anywhere else

All of this started from a Facebook group, mad when I look back now.

It’s been one of the best decisions of my life to start that group for many reasons but mainly because I’ve had a blast, made some great friends.

So why am I emailing you today then? Well I want to invite you to be part of our 10 year
