Here’s how it works:

You’ve been placed into one of three teams based on your strategy:

• First-Half Strikers – going after early goals

• Over 1.5 Snipers – calculated, steady goal backers

• Late Goal Assassins – cool under pressure, waiting for the late opportunity

Each time you complete a key trading action things like tracking trades, submitting a 7-day review, logging a missed trade, or identifying a pattern I want you to log it in the Trader Performance Log.

Every time you do, you’ll earn XP.

The more XP you earn:

• The higher your rank goes (yes, there are ranks they start at Recruit, all the way up to Legend)

• The more you help your team climb the leaderboard

At the end of each month, we’ll recognise the top traders and the best-performing team. You’ll unlock badges, exclusive training, and get shout-outs inside the community.
