So last week I emailed and asked if you wanted to do a video testimonial and I'll be honest, loads opened the email but NONE replied or did it.

Was this because it was a video?

Or

Do you not like the software?

It can be just a straight reply to this email if that's easier, just keep it to 2-3 sentences because Adam gets mad if it's longer.

Again just think if you had to tell a friend why they should join lightspeed in 2-3 sentences what would you say?
