When I see that, my jaw drops. That’s a lot of potential trades.
But here’s the thing: some people will try to trade them all.
The key isn’t about trading every race; it’s about trading the best ones each week.
The problem? Finding the best ones.
Start with one key stat and narrow it down from there. For example, if you’re using Dobbing as your strategy, focus on that stat.
Look for horses that have historically DOBbed around 70% of the time.
Then, check the other data for those horses. It stands to reason that horses that DOB regularly are likely to do so again.
Add in a few other stats you like, and you’ll have a way to find potential trades from those 350 races each week.
Then, every day, you need to identify those horses, add them to a spreadsheet, and track whether they DOBbed or not.
Or, you could let the Betfair Trading Community software do it for you.
This way, you won’t have to spend every morning painstakingly checking the previous day’s results.
You can even backtest your idea, saving you months of work.
Found a winner? Great! Just save it, then click the 'Qualifiers' tab in the software, and you’ll get your selections for the day.
