Over the past ten years of political upheaval, cultural storms, COVID, papal and presidential transition, IGNITE Radio Live has reached millions... and one truth has only grown clearer:
Programs don’t transform people.
Encounter does.
For decades, we have poured ourselves into meaningful ministry with youth, men, women, couples, and families. Along the way, we’ve witnessed something sobering. Even within our rich Catholic tradition, it’s possible to become “program junkies” — moving from event to event, book to book, parish initiative to parish initiative — yet never truly experiencing tangible, ongoing transformation in Jesus Christ.
When faith becomes activity without encounter, hearts drift.
Disinterest grows. Discord creeps in. Some quietly walk away.
But when we slow down and rediscover the Holy Spirit alive in our souls, marriages, families, homes, and communities, we find something extraordinary. Not empty piety. Not religious busyness. But a real relationship. A daily deepening.
At the heart of IT all is one thing: Sacred time with God each morning.
So six months ago, we began offering Live IT Today — a daily reflection designed to help us encounter God more tangibly. Now nearly a thousand are joined every morning separately, but in prayer... to hear what God is declaring to us right now, vanquish the Enemy's lies, and strengthen what matters most.
We invite you to commit to just seven days.
Give God ten minutes each morning with Live IT Today — with a ready, open heart, knowing that with every trouble, concern, anxiety, and need... He will meet you.
Reflecting on all this, the important, simple, consequential focus of personal, daily encounter with God, we've just launched the Live IT Today Podcast and radio program. In under 30 minutes, we hear Him speak through the upcoming Sunday Gospel, through the wisdom of a saint, and from a spiritually attuned voice for our time (this week, with Terry & Danielle Gromes from The Canary Project).
Our vision is simple:
Encounter Jesus Christ.
Experience His transforming grace personally.
Let it overflow into marriages, families, and the world.
Periodic events, retreats, and gatherings support this mission (join us Tuesday, March 10, 6:30 PM for IGNITE Lent Edition)— but the foundation is daily encounter.
