7 TRUE STORIES FROM PURGATORY: THE PURIFYING FIRE
Last week, we entered the mystery of All Hallows' Eve (7 Hallowed Stories of Holiness)—when the world plays with darkness, yet heaven answers with light. Now November comes, and with it, the Feast of All Souls.
Here in the Midwest, the glory of autumn fades. The majestic color gives way to bare trees and biting wind. The fields grow still. The world itself seems to mourn. Yet even as nature descends into silence, something deeper stirs—a truth written in the rhythm of creation: death is not the end. It is the refining passage toward life.
And in that mystery, fire becomes our teacher.
We gather around it in the cold—drawn to its warmth, humbled by its power. Fire consumes, but it also purifies. It burns away what is useless so that what is good might shine. So it is with purgatory—the final mercy of God, where love itself becomes flame, burning away the remnants of sin until the soul can bear the brightness of Heaven.
This week’s special broadcast continues our journey into the real supernatural—7 True Stories from Purgatory: The Purifying Fire. Each story opens a window into God’s mercy at work beyond death—and the fire that even now burns within our own trials and sufferings.
1. The Priest and the Burning Hand A quiet church on the Tiber holds scorched handprints left by souls pleading for prayer—signs not of horror, but of hope.
2. The Night the Dead Knocked St. Catherine of Genoa’s mystical encounters revealed purgatory as love’s furnace—the same fire that fills the saints with glory.
3. The Vision of St. Margaret Mary A soul in flames appeared to her, begging intercession—and taught her that holiness is not comfort, but purification through love.
4. The Soldier’s Debt Padre Pio meets a soul who died decades earlier in his friary, waiting for one Mass—the sacrifice that would set him free.
5. The Burning Friar of Pellevoisin The Blessed Mother reveals to Estelle Faguette a friar surrounded by fire, calling the world to awaken to mercy beyond death.
6. The Silent Choir of Montligeon A priest’s dream of forgotten souls leads to a great basilica—still today, the world’s sanctuary for the dead awaiting heaven.
7. The Radiant Flame of St. Faustina She saw souls immersed in golden light, purified not by despair but by desire—visited often by the Virgin’s compassion.
The world cools. The leaves fall. But the saints remind us: the true season here on earth is the season of mercy. Purgatory is not punishment; it is Love completing His work. The same fire that burns in our fireplace burns in the Heart of God—warming, purifying, transforming.
So draw close to the fire. Pray for your beloved dead. Offer your own trials in love. The flames we fear are the flames that free us—and their light leads home.

NEARLY TWO YEARS AGO I WROTE THIS BOOK nearly a year before President Trump was elected. ONLY IN RECENT WEEKS have I been moved by the most consequential discovery of all: my protagonist. Willie. Charlie. In the heart of the public square when everything is going south. Courageously speaking truth in love. One who ignites revolution. In the only way one can. If it weren’t for a single woke-wounded review, the book would be rated 4.9/5.
