Check out what's happening at the library!

Welcome to our November newsletter!

This month, I’d like to highlight two fantastic upcoming programs.

First is our Local Author Spotlight on Saturday, November 15th. We are excited to provide this opportunity for our patrons to connect with books and authors that they might not have discovered otherwise. Six local authors, who write in a variety of genres, will speak about their experiences, books, and the writing process. Books will be available for sale and signing at the end of the event.

Next, I am delighted to let you know about a new collaboration between the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library and the Berlin Historical Society! The Berlin Oral History Project will help preserve the voices and experiences of our community. By recording personal stories from Berlin residents, we’re creating a living record of what it means to call this town home. Visit berlinpeck.org/bohp to learn how you can share your story or help record the stories of others.

As always, I welcome your feedback and encourage you to stop by to say hello. Contact me to schedule a personal library tour or send me an email at ctyszka@berlinpeck.org.
