Check out what's happening at the library!

Welcome to our July newsletter!

This month, I’m excited to highlight our Library of Things collection. This unique collection gives our patrons free access to some useful and fun items that they might not permanently need or have room to store on an ongoing basis. Did you know that we circulate a metal detector, an automotive code reader and a paper shredder? If your family is stuck inside on a rainy day, our board game collection is the perfect way to keep busy and entertained. Choose from a wide range of games that cater to all ages and interests. Planning a party in the future? We can help with a movie projector, screen, karaoke microphone and lawn games. If you are planning any hikes this summer, think about checking out our hiking poles, binoculars and hiking backpack kit.  All these items and more are available to borrow with your library card!

Lastly, I wanted to mention that there is a great new way to stay informed about happenings around town.  The Town of Berlin now has an official email newsletter! Sign up here if you are interested.

Take care and I hope to see you in the library soon!
