I don’t know how you feel about January, but for many people it arrives with a strange pressure - this insistence that we reinvent ourselves overnight.
New year, new you.
Fix yourself.
Improve yourself.
Be better.
Be more...
Honestly?
I think it’s all a bit exhausting.
What if you didn’t need a new you?
What if the quieter truth is that the real you has just been waiting for a little space, a little kindness, a little breath… so they can come forward?
What if this year didn’t have to be a sprint toward achievement, but a slow, steady coming home to yourself?
A Year of Permission.
Permission to matter.
Permission to want what you want.
Permission to take up space.
Permission to soften instead of push.
Permission to trust your inner compass and take tiny steps towards your truth.
This is the work I’m holding in The Portal of Permission this year - an entire year woven around gentle self-trust, small doable choices, and the slow blossoming of your truth.
If your heart gave a tiny “yes” as you read this - even a whisper of one - you’re welcome to join us for the ride.
Not as a resolution.
Not as a project.
But as an act of devotion to the life you’re longing for.
If not, let this letter be your permission slip anyway.
You have permission to exist exactly as you are.
Join us in The Portal to set up Your Year of Permission.
If you loved yourself, how would you start giving yourself permission now?
