If there’s one thing I hope you hear this month, it’s this:
Self-love is not about fixing yourself or doing 'better'.
It’s about finally treating yourself as someone worth caring for.
Right now, as you are.
When you do that – even in small ways –
your life starts to feel less like a battle
and more like a place you can rest inside.
And the ripple effects are real.
When you stop running on empty, the people you love benefit too.
They get a more present, honest, regulated version of you.
This is why I care so deeply about community in this work.
Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when we’re witnessed, encouraged, and reminded that we’re not strange or broken for needing what we need.
If you’re ready to make this a Year of Permission –
to learn self-love in a way that’s grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply human –
you are so welcome to walk that path with us in The Portal of Permission.
Keep this in mind as you go through your week:
Every small, self-loving choice you make matters.
More than you think.
If you loved yourself, what would you choose to do now?
