As you may recall, I'm deeply immersing in meditation and spiritual alignment. Transformation is underway... and I look forward to sharing more and hearing from YOU on your creations and transformations!

Towards that, sharing one thing I'm doing each morning, should you wish to engage with this in your creative medium of choice.

I'm starting each morning following meditation, with this prompt:

"What does my soul want to tell me today?"

Don't judge it... don't hold back... don't edit or audit what comes forth in writing or art. Just let it flow and be whatever it will be.

Then watch it grow and change, even as you do❣️🙏🏼😇
