Subject: The Woman Behind the EOFire Success

Happy Sunday!

For those of you in the US, we hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend. And… for those from other countries, hoping you’re enjoying your weekend!

Whenever we’re doing menial tasks or errands, we love tuning into podcasts. We used to spend hundreds of dollars each year on audiobooks, and still love those, but there are so many great podcasts to tune into for free that those are our usual “go-tos”.

The great thing about podcasts is that it allows us to tune into virtual conversations with people that we may not have a chance to hang out with in person. Not everyone has a network of friends who are entrepreneurs and creatives focused on building businesses and creating daily.

Yet, we’ve all likely heard the quote by Jim Rohn: “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” It’s so true that in order to level up your life and your brand, you need to associate with and learn from those who are doing more than you’re doing and are at or have been to where you want to go.

Today’s iCreateDaily podcast guest is certainly one such person. The lovely Kate Erickson, implementer, connector, systems maven and right-hand-woman at the infamous, EOFire empire.

Kate is sweet, kind, compassionate, smart and inspiring, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Hope you will join us there. If you do, please leave a review on iTunes. Reviews are everything toward the success of new podcasts.

Kate Erickson, took the leap into entrepreneurial life in 2013, when she finally left her corporate job in an advertising marketing firm to join her significant other, John Lee Dumas, in his new podcasting endeavor.

Today, Kate is the content creator and implementer extraordinaire at EOFire, the first ever daily podcast.

Kate shared her origin story, including how she left a corporate marketing agency job to help her partner, John Lee Dumas, with the podcast. The daily routines that keep her going, people and books that inspire her.

Kate also dives into some behind-the-scenes of how she and John divi up roles, and tips for when working with a partner, whether it’s a significant other, friend, or family member.

We hope you love this episode as much as we loved learning more about Kate and her success strategies. If you enjoy it too, please be sure to review it on iTunes.
