Monday Momentum to You!

Yesterday morning, community member calligraphist artist, poet, nature lover, cabin-in-the-woods dweller, Martha Grow, created a calligraphic rendition of one of the Peter Crone quotes featured in yesterday’s email.

This quote is indeed a profound concept, simmered down to the essence. For those of us empaths and sensitive hearts, who envision a better world… a better way… who hurt for the travesties and inequities… negatives and conflict… disasters and strife… wars and worse.

The thing to remember is that those are not us.

They aren’t even the collective humanity. Rather, it is a phase that humanity is passing through on its way to maturing.

We can not change the world, but our job is to change ourselves into more of who we aspire to be.

To change our efforts to change and fix others who did not ask us to help or interfere or to judge. Our job is to turn that spotlight inward, to love who we are and encourage who we are becoming.

It is our job to grow, not to try to get others to… but hopefully, through our art… our craft… our visioning and contributions, some will, as they will, when they will.

Accept them. Forgive them. Love them. Encourage all positives you see… for that is what they need most. 

Accept yourself. Forgive yourself. Love yourself… celebrate your positives… for that is what you need most. 

And you know that what we focus on grows.

The sun does not check to see if the plants grow. The sun is the sun, doing what it does, a self sustaining ball of energy that puts out more energy than it consumes… eternally bring this solar system to life.

The flower doesn’t check to see if the bees and butterflies are doing their job pollinating. The flower does her job and in so doing, the rest of nature’s magical interplay happens in the solar system of the natural world.

If you’ve read this far… then you may be a part of the 10%... or even the 1% who are doing what they can to improve and elevate their lives. Most don’t and won’t. But that’s their path. If you’re still reading, then this is yours. You're on it. 

When you elevate your life, you will — like the sun… like the flower — like Peter Crone through his wisdom, or Martha Grow through her art, words and calligraphy, naturally elevate the lives of others.
