Subject: Paving the Way

Who We Are to Be

The email Subject line glimpsed before deleting, said:

“Food will disappear in the blink of an eye.”

Everywhere… even for those like me who no longer tune into the news, nor click on the clickbait shock and fear stories, nor enter the fray of arguments, political criticisms and opposing opinions.

After losing a friendship over that kind of thing years ago, I’ve moved beyond it. Not right away, it took a few more years. I went from keeping my arguments and opinions to myself, while staunchly holding them, to relaxing and now, releasing them altogether.

For ever has it been so… the conflicts, polar opposites, wars, wrongness and rightness and righteousness. For ever it will be thus for us until we decide to step out of that arena. From the crucifiers of Christ to the bread and circuses of the collapsing Rome.

From the macro of the world and national scenes to the micro of personal and familial joys and woes… it’s all there to learn and grow from… to rise above, and to transmute the dark to light… from matter to spirit.

Individually, it is about taming the mammal... our inner animal nature with its unceasing appetites arising from the lower three survival chakras.

We are supposed to always want more, for that is evolution. That’s what helps us survive.

It’s just that the “more” we need to seek, for personal peace and joy as well as planetary harmony, is more Light and Love… and more growth and achievement over the lower desires that are never satiated for long.

And fear… fear is definitely of the lower, and the lower involutionary forces would keep us trapped in that place, for that is their perceived survival.

Transformation begins in the heart chakra… the gateway to the higher three chakras of our angel self… our soul, that spark of divinity we are here to rise into more fully.

Years ago, we got into fear and prepping, etc. Coleman even got licensed to carry should the need arise for protection.

I thought about it, but couldn’t imagine killing an animal, let alone a human. I mean… we live in the woods and gently escort spiders, crickets and salamanders and even the occasional baby snake out of the house.

It isn’t about what’s happening in the world, or in our lives.

It’s about who we are and who we want to be. We are defined by our choices, not our circumstances. We are defined by how we handle whatever comes our way.

It isn't about who we are. It’s about who we are to be.

I’d rather die than take another life.

I’m not afraid of death if I can live with my conscience.

Transformation through creation.
