HOME SALE:
As all of this was going on, our home of 33 years was in the final stages of renovations before listing for open house and showings beginning that same weekend‼️😳
MANIFESTING MAGIC
Prior to this, during my daily dawn walking meditations, I had been setting in motion the goal for our house sale:
That it would sell quickly for over the asking price
That it would be a cash sale
That the people buying it would love and appreciate it as much as we have for all these years.
Well… every single one of these things came true.
It was shown through the weekend, plus Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon, we had two offers, both at ~$5K above the asking price, and one of them was a cash sale.
Both parties loved the vibration of our home, (their words), and in particular, the art (my departed mother’s), the plants, the meditation room, the antique piano we were hoping to leave if it was wanted by the buyers, and… a 35 year old ficus tree indoors that’s about 12’ tall, planted from a pruned limb that I salvage and grew into a tree. (It goes outside in late spring through early fall).
The cash buyers paid an hefty due diligence (non-refundable) fee, indicating they’re very serious, and want to close on 4/23.
We asked for an extension as our last vacation rental guest for our cabin home that we’ve been renting on AirBnB is 4/28, so we needed more time to move out.
They were firm on the closing date but offered that we could stay in possession for another 30 days after closing, which is an ideal scenario… IF, we left the piano and the ficus tree!!!
The ficus tree belongs here for the tall ceilings, as does the piano that was Coleman’s grandmother’s piano, so we were delighted to say “yes” to both!
