Assalamu Alaikum, Friend, and Jumuah Mubarak!

The Khateebs for Friday, 8/11/2017, are:
IANT - Br. Ayman Aishat

     The Jummua Salat will be held in the IANT Multi-Purpose Hall on Friday, August 11, 2017.  Br. Ayman Aishat will be the khateeb, in sha'Allah.  Please join the IANT Community for our weekly congregational worship service.  Time: 1:45 p.m.  
     In addition, Br. Nabil Elibiary will lead Jummua Salat that will be held at the IANT--Satellite Location, located just off the junction of Collins and Plano Road.  Time: 1:30 p.m.

New/Returning/Ansar Muslim Programs: IANT, Sunday at 10:00 AM – If you are a new revert to Islam (or know some one who is) and want assistance toward your journey to become a good practicing Muslims then this is the class for you. During this class we help you both in regards of Aqeedah (Faiths) and Fiqhs (Actions; i.e. Salah, Wudu, etc.). We assign an Ansar (Helper) for you so that you can get more one on one attention to your special need. Our goal of this class is to make your transition into Islam easy and pleasant.If you know someone who is interested to reverting to Islam or has reverted OR if you are a Muslim want to know in-depth about your religion on a curricular/semester basis, please see our New/Returning/Ansar Muslim programs Sundays at 10AM

Discover Islam Classes: IANT, Sundays at 6.30PM– This is the class specially designed for the Non-Muslims to come and find out more about Islam. The format is more of an “Interactive Discussion” where the guests can engage into asking questions and participate in the discussion along with lecture. If you know a co-worker or neighbors or friends, etc. who is interested about Islam please forward them to this class where we have experienced speakers taking turns to speak about Islam each week.

CAIR-DFW would like to invite you to The You(th) Factor, a weekend long retreat aimed at developing the leadership skills of young Muslims across DFW. It will be hosted by the YMCA Camp Grady Spruce from Friday, Aug 11th to Sunday, Aug 13th. All youth ages 13-18 are encouraged to attend!

Through outdoor activities, engaging lectures geared towards the youth, and workshops conducted by experts in their field, campers will leave knowing how to engage with their community and government more effectively. Most importantly, they will come closer to realizing the YOU factor-- how they can uniquely make a difference.

Specific skills and lessons the campers will learn include:
• advocacy skills
• training in self-defense and community safety
• how to communicate with community leaders and representatives
• tools to create and run organizations
• develop relationships with other Muslim youth in DFW
